What is the jee main exam?

:- The JEE Main (Joint Entrance Examination Main) is a national level entrance exam conducted in India for admission to undergraduate engineering and architecture courses in various prestigious institutions, including the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), and other centrally funded technical institutions. It is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions from subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and the total score is out of 300 marks. The JEE Main score is used for determining eligibility for admission to various engineering colleges and also for qualifying for the JEE Advanced exam, which is required for admission to the IITs.

JEE Main 2024 Exam Date Released:

candidates can expect JEE Main 2024 Session 1 to be conducted from January 24 to February 1, 2024, and JEE Main 2024 Session 2 to be conducted from April 1 to April 15, 2024.

Main 2024 Eligibility Criteria?

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examinations from a recognised board. Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in 2022, 2023 or are appearing for it in 2024 will only be eligible for JEE Main 2024.

Is 75 criteria removed from JEE 2024?
